The frame data formed by the part 5 are written in a frame data storing means 7 and a knowledge base 8 stores plural IF-THEN type production rules describing restricting conditions inherent in the graphic. An estimation engine 9 executes the production rules and the abstract frame data stored in the means 7 are sorted based on the contents of the knowledge base 8 and the sorted result is converted into a CAD data format. Consequently, the multimedia formation of a data base can be easily executed.
