Lots of tables 4A are prepared while being classified corresponding to the combination of the position of the radiant rays picture and the image pickup condition and they are selected and used by an input means 5 for the position and the image pickup condition. A digital signal processing circuit using such as the table for converting into the Haffmann code to compress a digital signal is used as the signal processing means 4.
