CONSTITUTION: An address decoder 1' is formed by omitting the specific digit parts having different unit information of plural address codes so that these address codes having common storage data are used in common to each other. The plural addresses which are different to the same data are simplified by a logic operation. For instance, only (001) is used for the address information to the data "101"A contact defective area 2'c is produced although the data "101" is written to a data storage region 2'-3. Thus an open state is actually obtained although a contact is provided. When the data of the region 2'-3 which is designated by an address 3 is read out, the data of a data storage region 2'-1 is actually read out simultaneously. The read-out data is equal to "101". In other words, the corrected data is read out although the area 2'c exists.
