When a portion, where the pipe 1 makes contact with the decorative lamination sheet 6, reaches a start end of a curved portion 5a of the steel 5, the pipe 1 and the sheet 6 are rotatably slided with a static load 7 applied around a curvature center (O1, O2, O3) of the contact portion.
