CONSTITUTION: A DC current is passed through a first control line 5 to bias a DC superconducting quantum interference device (DC SQUID) 7 magnetically. If an AC current with small amplitude is inputted to a second control line 6 in said state, a rectified voltage is generated at both ends of the DC SQUID 7. This voltage is smoothed by a smoothing means 9 consisting of a resistance 3A and a capacitor 4A to obtain a DC voltage proportional to the amplitude of an input current.
