According to this structure, accordingly, the noise caused by a magnetic flux linking with the washer coils 1 themselves is reduced, occurrence of the superconducting ring current in the washer coils 1 is prevented, the noise of a direct-current driven type superconducting quantum interference device (DC- SQUID) is reduced and thus sensitivity can be improved.
