CONSTITUTION: A regulator element circuit 10 consisting of four two-junction superconducting quantum interferometers 1-1 - 1-4 and a regulator element circuit 20 consisting of four two-junction superconductive quantum interferometers 1-5 - 1-8 are connected in parallel between a power bus PB of a Josephson IC 3 and a ground. One of both ends of a control wiring 2 set for those two-junction superconducting quantum interferometers connected in series to each other is connected to a control signal input terminal DC with the other end connected to an earth respectively. A sine wave current input terminal AC is connected to an end of the regulator element circuits connected in parallel to each other. Then a direct current is supplied to the wiring 2 which is magnetically connected to the superconducting loops of the interferometers 1-1 - 1-8. Thus the superconducting current can be controlled for these interferometers.
