A coincidence circit CC always compares the content of the memory circuit RAM and the value of the dial 2 and when both coincide, a flip-flop F2 is set, and here, with this, a voice generation circuit VC takes a voice information corresponding to the data being sent from the operation circuit ALU out of a fixed memory circuit ROM, thus, supplying it to a speaker SP.
