CONSTITUTION: A confirmation trigger signal of a switch 32 is supplied to the reset terminal of a septinary counter 64 through the intermediary of a one-shot circuit 68, while it opens an AND gate 72 through the intermediary of a flip-flop 70. To the other input terminal of the AND gate 72 is supplied an address pulse from a frequency-dividing circuit 12, and, when the AND gate 72 opens, the address pulse is supplied to the address counter 56 of an audio signal generating circuit 48 and thereby the reading-out of the audio signal from a voice ROM 50 is performed. Accordingly, the information of the set time is performed by a speaker 40 at an optional time when the switch 32 is operated.
