CONSTITUTION: An alarm signal from a coincidence circuit 22 is supplied to an alarming sound selecting circuit 24 and a desired alarming sound code is selected from a multiplexer 26. Meanwhile, the output of the above alarming sound selecting circuit 24 is supplied to the set input of a flip-flop (FF) 56 through the intermediary of an OR gate 54, the output Q of the FF 56 opens an AND gate 58, which supplies an address pulse of a frequency-dividing circuit 12 from an AND gate 58 to the address counter 46 of an audio signal generating circuit 34, and thus the reading- out of the audio signal is performed. Accordingly, the desired alarming sound selected at the alarming sound selecting circuit 24 at the time when the time signal of a set-time memory 20 coincides with that of a clock circuit 14 is given in a voice by a speaker.
