CONSTITUTION: The audio chiming is strated by setting of a flip-flop (FF) 60 and by this an AND gate 62 is opened. Moreover, the output from an AND gate 54 is supplied to an FF 64 and the output Q of FF64 is supplied to an AND gate 66. To the AND gate 66 is supplied a pulse train from a frequency-dividing circuit 12, and by the address signal thereof a forcast sound signal is read out from a forcast sound signal generating circuit 68. There the input of the pulse in the circuit 68 is intercepted by resetting of the FF64 and the forcast sound is stopped, while a signal corresponding to the time designatedis sent from a voice signal generating circuit 26 to a mixer 28, and thus the time designated is informed in voice.
