Then a supporting assembly detection part 4 finds the support from each vertex to another vertex as the supporting assembly of vertexes from oriented information on a side extending to each vertex of the oriented graph edited by the detection part 4 and a process order calculation part 5 finds the processing order of process parts as the respective vertexes according to information on the supporting assemblies of the respective found vertexes. Consequently, alterations at process part following a certain process part where its process is altered or data is added or altered are performed in the order efficiently and excellently.
