CONSTITUTION: When a space heating operation enters a stable space heating cycle, the output of a compressor 1 is raised to a predetermined value, whereby the pressure of a coolant directing toward an indoor heat exchanger 2 from the compressor 1 through a four-way value 4 is raised. The rise of the pressure is detected through a detecting part 15 and a pressure type water check valve 13 is opened. As a result, water flows through a warm water circuit 7, and is heated by hot water supply coils 11 and 12 and becomes warm water. When the room temperature is lowered and the space heating load is increased, the pressure of the detecting part 15 is lowered, the pressure type water check valve 13 is closed or the flow rate is turned down, and the hot water supply output is lowered in inverse proportion to the rise in the space heating operation. Thus, the output of the compressor 1 operated at a predetermined output according to the variation in the space heating load is used by being divided to the space heating and hot water supply, but with priority given to the space heating.
