CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of a rubber-based adhesive substance selected from natural rubber, synthetic rubber and their mixture, is compounded with 10W 200pts.wt. of SUIUNSO, 30W500pts.wt. of beeswax, 20W300pts.wt. of a fluid oil such as vegetable oil (e.g. sesame oil, olive oil, etc.), animal oil (e.g. lard, beef tallow, etc.). liquid paraffin, etc., and 50W600pts.wt. of a pine rosin (e.g. pine resin, rosin, etc.). The mixture is spread on a flexible carrier such as woven cloth, nonwoven cloth, foamed sheet, etc. to a thickness of 50μmW2mm, preferably 100μmW1mm to obtain the objective preparation having excellent effect to anal fistula, various trauma, etc.
