Next, the cases are removed from the emulsions by each barrel and are immediately immersed in CF
3 CCl
3 liquid of ordinary temp., and the barrels are rotated to allow water drops to float. Thereafter, the CF
3 CCl
3 is boiled, and the barrels are rotated in the vapor phase generated by this, to drain off the liquid of the CF
3 CCl
3 stuck on the battery cases, whereby the cases are dried.
