The obtd. adhesive is applied to one surface of Japanese paper to make the purpose Japanese paper adhesive tape. Typical examples of the oil-soluble emulsifier include an emulsifier consisting of 1W80pts.wt., based on the component A, wool grease composed of industrial lanolin of m.p. 36W42°C contg. 80wt% or more 17W31C fatty acid ester and/or 1W50pts.wt. surfactant, e.g., a nonionic surfactant.
