CONSTITUTION: A film comprising a resin composition containing a polypropylene resin and a tackifier and stretched at least transversely is subjected to surface oxidation and heat-treatment, and then wound up. The wound-up film is aged to obtain a packaging film. Examples of the polypropylene resins used include polypropylene homopolymers and random or block copolymers of propylene with ethylene or the like. Examples of the tackifiers used include nonionic surfactants and relatively low-MW (MW≤3,000) resins. A preferred method for surface oxidiation is corona discharge treatment.
