CONSTITUTION: Plural honeycomb cores are set in paralle in a panel frame and bonded with a filmy adhesive by means of a hot press. In this case, two filmy adhesives 4 and 5 are interposed through a paper piece 6 between the honeycomb cores 2 and 3 set in parallel in the frame 1, surface plates 7 are lapped on upper and lower parts of the frame 1, and they are hot-pressed from above and below between hot plates to melt the adhesives 4 and 5 to join the honeycomb cores 2 and 3 together. The frame 1 is made of wood or shape steel, and the honeycomb cores used are ones previously impregnated with a resin. The honeycomb cores 2 and 3 may be of small sizes and can therefore be easily handled. i.e., the laying operation and resin-impregnation operation of the cores 2 and 3 are easy.
