Here, the distributor 5 and the phase shifter 6 are combined to differentiate the phase of the frequency current to be fed to the high frequency magnetic field generating sections 4 and 4A by a phase portion equivalent to a deviation in spatial layout of the high frequency magnetic field generating sections 4 and 4A. In distribution into N with the distributor 5, the high frequency current is supplied, shifting the phase thereof by 360°/N with the phase shifter 6. Thus, a high frequency power difference in the phase is fed to the respective high frequency magnetic field generating sections thereby enabling the generation of an efficient rotary magnetic field.
