CONSTITUTION: When a reinforced outer plate structure (W) is molded from a composite material by an autoclave, a stringer 13 or a rib is fitted to the skin 12 on a cold plate and a cushioning plate 14 is placed on a flange cap. Here, the plate 14 has a lattice form and the groove of the same shape as a flange cap and is able to engage with this. Also, the plate 14 is made of the composite material which has the same thermal coefficient of expansion as the molded product. Then, a top jig 15 is placed on the plate 14 and the positioning of the top jig 15 and the plate 14 is performed and a molding is finished by being heated and pressed by the autoclave, thereby obtaining the molded product of a good quality.
