The concrete temperature in a formwork is measured by a temperature sensor 57, and the temperature data is inputted into the computer 44. The computer 44 further obtains the eccentricity and rolling value of the form device from the coordinate data and drives a hydraulic unit 48 through a sequencer 45 so as to drive a climbing solenoid valve 46 or a resetting solenoid valve 47 to control a climbing jack 6.
