Since the address converting means 8 converts the value of the set self station address and the opposite station address so as to reverse MSB (most significant bit) and LSB (least significant bit), the set up of SA (self station address) and DA (opposite station address) can be easily set in order of X00', X01', X02',∼, XFF', and they are converted by the address converting means 8 into the address of the HBS unified standard as X00', X80', X40',∼XFF', and are inputted to the logical operating means 5.
