And the diaphragm is manufacured in the following processes: the organic material such as the vinyl chloride, petroleum pitch, lignin or the like and the solid powder which is never fused at the temperatures lower than 500°C are mixed together and then made into the form to be the diaphragm; and this molded form is oxidized in the oxidizing atmosphere and at 500°C or lower.
