CONSTITUTION: 100g of adsorbent is added to one liter 0.1N NaCl solution and is left in static state for 16 hours at 20°C. After this, a cement composite having adsorbent which adsorbs Na or Cl in quantity of 100mM or more is applied for coating to the surface of a concrete structure. After the cement composite is hardened, D.C. electricity is applied between the concrete structure and the hardened cement composite with potential difference given to both of them. When D.C. electricity is applied, elements such as alkali metal, ion or chlorine ion that deteriorate the concrete migrate and are caught by and fixed to the adsorbent. Thereby alkali-aggregate and salt pollution can be prevented.
