In case of raining, the earth layer 5 drain is prevented by the core sections 4 and 4. In stead of above-mentioned earth layer, an organic peroxide prevulcanized natural rubber water dispersion medium is added to beach sand to form a mixture, the mixture is poured onto the cloth sheet 1, and a naturally dried earth caking substance or a river sand spread artificial lawn can be used.
