CONSTITUTION: A two-liquid colored polyurethane resin paint is prepared from an acryl polyol resin and a hexamethylene diisocyanate and/or isophoron diisocyanate urethane prepolymer. The resin paint is applied onto a surface to be coated in an electrostatic airless atomizing manual-spray coating system. A clear coat for the applied paint film is then applied onto the coated surfae by a wet-on-wet method using the said electrostatic coating system. Thereafter, the paint films are dried and cured at an ambient temperature W100°C or so, to complete the repair coating of a car part. An electric potential to be used in the electrostatic coating system is 30W70kv in general.
