CONSTITUTION: Each curtain wall unit is constituted by providing a window 3 and a solar heat collecting device 4 at the upper and lower portions of a frame consisted of right and left vertical frames 1, 1 and upper and lower horizontal frames 2A, 2B, respectively. Thus arranged unit is disposed at each external opening of a base body in the state inclined upwardly at an angle about 60°W70° for its outer surface with respect to the horizontal plane. On this occassion, the upper edge of the unit is fixed to a small beam 6 downwardly projecting from a floor slab 5 of the upper stair by a fastener 7 and the portion near the lower edge of the unit is fixed to the front edge of a foor slab 5 of the lower stair by another fastener 8. A pipe 9 supplying a heat medium is disposed at the lower portion of the heat collecting device 4 and a pipe 10 exhausting the heat medium is disposed at the upper portion of the heat collecting device 4 in a space surrounded by a tray plate 11 and a facing plate 11', respectively.
