CONSTITUTION: A boom 2 is revolvably erected to the end part of a working machine, a wire running from a winch is stretched therearound to support a fifth wheel 4 through an arm 3 to form the attachment of a collecting working machine adapted to collect logs in a seining manner. A hydraulic cylinder mechanism 5 is incorporated in the arm 3 to allow expansion and contraction of the arm 3. In this constitution, during a collecting work, the arm 3 is expanded, the fifth wheel 4 is earthed, and logs locked to the end part of the wire is seined. At a time except a collecting work, by raising the fifth wheel 4 from a ground through contraction of the arm 3, short turning performance of a working machine is improved, and the device can be effectively utilized as a civil engineering working machine.
