PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula II (Ar' is 6W14C aromatic hydrocarbon; n' is 1W3) and epichlorohydrin are subjected to addition and the resultant adduct is condensed with a compound expressed by formula III (R
2 is H or 1W4C hydrocarbon) and then dehydrohalogenated to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
