CONSTITUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet is obtd. by laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (e.g. rubberized asphalt layer) on at least one side of a tape or sheet substrate (e.g. nonwover fabric composed of polyurethane elastomeric fiber) having stretchability exhibiting extensibility of at least 200%. When the tape or sheet is sticked on the joints of members having curred surfaces or uneven surfaces such as pipe or duct in civil engineering and construction work or air conditioning work, it can be properly extended to follow the cared or uneven surfaces so that the applied positions can be surely sealed to form a watertight structure.
