CONSTITUTION: A white light source 2 is driven by a power source 1 and a white beam 5 narrowed down by a lens 4 is projected onto a disk 7. The disk 7 loads a certain number of filters 8 corresponding to the number of instructions to the opening part and is rotated by a driving motor 16, and for example, a green parallel beam 9 is projected through a condenser lens 10. In such a case, when an A control card 13 composed of a light recursive prism surface 12 attaching a green filter 11 on the front panel as the information carrier for control is presented, the green beam is selectively reflected, passed through the condenser lens 7 and the green filter 8 and photodetected by a photodetector 6. The signal from the photodetector 6 is amplified by an amplifier circuit 17 and a comparison decision circuit 18 discriminates that the A control card 13 of the green filter is presented. Then, the information attached to the card can be transmitted.
