CONSTITUTION: The synchronous signals, the picture signals and the aural signals are arrayed at the transmission side with every line and then transmitted in the form of the compression digital encoded facsimile signal. This signal is received at the input terminal 1 of the reception side to be applied to synchronous extraction circuit 3 and digital demultiplexer 4 after eliminating the transmission distortion through reception circuit 2. Circuit 3 isolates and extracts the synchronous signal, and demultiplexer 4 gives isolation between the picture signals and aural signals based on the synchronous signals to supply them to picture signal decoder circuit 5 and aural signal decoder circuit 6 each. And the compression components of these signals are expanded to obtain the original signals each. Magnetic recording region 9a is provided on recording paper 9 to record the voice, and the aural signals are recorded magnetically at region 9a through aural recording part 8 to be then reproduced via aural reproducer 10. In such way, the necessary message items can be heard simultaneously through the voice while looking at the picture on paper 9.
