The tube A is cut in fixed length and bent in a U- shaped form from a central portion so that the flat surface 1 of a tube body mutually be faced closely, and a proper number of through-holes 4 are bored to a tube wall of a lower surface of a bending portion 3. A body manufactured in this way is inserted into a conduit, etc. of a transfused liquid connected to an intravenous needle in a liquid transfusion set to be used for medical, service and used as a filter, thus filtering the whole liquid to be filtered even when an inner diameter of the conduit does not agree as compared to a diameter of the filter.
