CONSTITUTION: Holes 4 are perforated at intersecting parts of an inner peripheral wall 2 with a bottom plate 3 of a vessel 1 and/or the vinicity thereof, or grooves 5 are formed in parallel to the intersecting parts and/or the vicinity thereof, and holes 4 are formed in the groove parts 5. A culture medium is placed in the vessel 1, and the upper part thereof is almost or completely closed. The vessel 1 is then placed in proper cultivation environment. The material of the vessel 1 may be wood, stainless steel, expanded polystyrene, etc., but a synthetic resin vessel is preferred for easy taking out of the culture medium. Preferably, the holes 4 have a size for easy passing of air without passing the culture medium, e.g. 2W10mm, particularly 4W6mm inside diameter and 5W50mm, particularly 15W25mm interval.
