In the stage of circulating while receiving the supply of oxygen by an aerator, said components are oxidized and decomposed by BOD oxidizing bacteria. The nitrogen components decomposed by ammonia bacteria are nitrified to nitrous acid and nitric acid forms by the effect of nitrifying bacteria.
