Thus, since the motion vector is preserved only in an area where the motion is detected visually, the same traceability as that of the interpolation of an ordinary motion can be attached, while, linear interpolation is performed in the area where the motion is hard to be detected visually, and the continuity in the plane of the image can be secured.
