CONSTITUTION: A cylinder block 3 is rotated by drive of a turning shaft 2, and a piston 13 being inserted into a cylinder 4 and energized by a spring 29 is driven in an expansion direction by a tilted bearing race 14, performing suction and discharge of a hydraulic fluid. Receiving this hydraulic fluid, the piston 13 of another cylinder block 6 is driven, and this cylinder block 6 and a turning shaft 5 are rotated according to a tilt of a bearing race 27. A component of centrifugal force being produced in these cylinder blocks 3, 6 presses the piston 13 yet stronger to the bearing race, enhancing the extent of followability of the piston, and maintains good performance even in a high viscous fluid. In this connection, since the bearing race is formed with recessed surface, wear is also small.
