CONSTITUTION: A housing mount 100 is attached to a proper spot on a car floor. A cylindrical boss 105 supporting a strip steel plate bellows 200 is installed in the center of this mount 100, and a pan with a peripheral wall 106 is formed in the peripheral part, whereby they are connected by a drain port 101 in the center and a connecting hole 102. A lower end of the bellows 200 is inset in the boss 105, and a cap 300 provided with an inserting port 301 where an umbrella is entered is installed in the upper part. The cap 300 and an operating rod 700 are connected to each other through three wires 400, and the bellows is contracted when this operating rod 700 is pulled up. At time of application, the operating rod is rotated and ratchet 702 is removed, thus the bellows is expanded by its self-expansion force. Consequently, the umbrella wet by rain can be housed in a proper spot in the car.
