CONSTITUTION: When both ends of a case open, a gap-seat 16, which can be bent, is inserted between an inner ring 11a of a bearing and a shaft shoulder 13a, and a receiving inner ring of the bearing is inserted into a shaft 13. An outer ring 11b is inserted into the case 14 by utilizing and loading a cope and a drag 18, 17, and the inner ring 11a is pressed into the shaft 13. Bending load from the cope 18 is transmitted to the gap-seat 16 only through the inner ring to plastically deform the gap- seat. Fixed pre-pressure is produced by using front covers 19, 20 in place of the cope and drag 18, 17. Thus, automation can be realized and labor is saved because the pre-pressure of the bearing and the ranges of clearances do not change and incorporating and measuring work is reduced. And pre-pressure does not escape even by impact load because this device can be bent by load not less than static load capacity.
