On the other hand, scion-nipping tools 8a and 8b are fastened with connecting members 10 in a state nipping the stalk portions of the respective scions 5 at the scion-nipping sections thereof and the lower portions of the scions 5 are cut off. The scion-nipping tools 8a and 8b nipping the scions 5 are loaded on the rootstock-nipping tools 6a and both the end portions thereof are fastened to the rootstock-nipping tools 6a and 6b to bring the cut portions of the rootstocks 4 into contact with the cut portions of the scions 5 in a mutually faced state, followed by allowing to stand for several days in the state for the grafting thereof, thereby permitting to efficiently provide variation-free uniform seedlings in a low cost.
