CONSTITUTION: A scion 1 and a stock 2 are both coated with a sealing agent 3 of magnetic force at part to be cut for synapsis of the scion and the stock. The sealing agent of magnetic force is obtained by blending a substance such as paraffin which is solidified at normal temperature and melted at a relative low temperature by heating or an adhesive to be solidified in air at normal temperature or gypsum powder with magnetic powder. Then, after the sealing agent 3 of magnetic force is solidified, hypocotyls or stems of the stock and the scion are horizontally cut at the part coated with the sealing agent 3 of magnetic force and grafting seedling 4 are bonded to the cut hypocotyls or stems by magnetic force. By this grafting method, (a) grafting operation is simplified and a great number of graftings can be surely grafted. Stocks and scions are not required to grow until hypocotyls and stem diameters of stocks and scions become thickness suitable for grafting and this method is effective to reduce a field of use and culture period.
