CONSTITUTION: Prescribed raw materials, e.g. vinegar, common salt, spice, sodium glutamate and water, are mixed and dispersed and dissolved mutually to prepare an aqueous phase, which is then filtered with a microfilter of a filter medium having a pore opening (effective diameter) of 1W25μ under pressure. An oily layer consisting of salad oil, etc. is laminated on the aqueous phase to prepare a separate dressing. The resultant separate dressing will form settlings with much greater difficulty than the dressing obtained by the conventional method and therefore has a high product value.
