CONSTITUTION: A dough dividing tool 12 consisting of a cylindrical part 13 engaged with a cutter nozzle 1 and rod parts standing upright in parallel therefrom respectively. The gap between the cutter nozzle 1 and the cutter disc 2 is divided longitudinally. An extruded dough is divided by the dough dividing tool 12 into several pieces 15 and then cut by a cutter sleeve 4 to give a ring dough having bonded parts 16. The rsultant dough is then swollen in a frying oil to form linked spheres, which will not return to the original position due to the center of gravity even on reversing. Thus, the dough can be fried uniformly in the top and the rear faces. The fried cake can be easily separated into the individual spheres at the bonded parts.
