CONSTITUTION: A shaft 1 is operatively connected at one end to an output shaft 3 of a torque actuator 2. A sleeve plate 11 is fixed to the other end of a cylinder 4 and fitted to the shaft 1 via a bushing 12. A vent plate 13 is fastened at the extremity of the shaft 1 by nuts 14. Four U-shaped vents 16 attached to the vent plate 13 and vents 17 attached to the sleeve plate 11 are symmetrically arranged, respectively. Processing devices A, B and C and a cleaning device W are connected with pipings via the change-over devices 18 to perform a liquid processing. Changing-over of the devices 18 may enable a cleaning of the device A only, a cleaning of a preparation line for the devices and also a cleaning of the post line for the devices etc.
