Further, a nipple part 28 which communicates to a relaying pipe 16 and projects outward is installed, and the nipple 28 is allowed to communicate to a hole 70b formed on the side space chamber 7b of the canister 4, and the peripheries of the canister 4 and the nipple 28 are sealed by a sealing material 29.
