CONSTITUTION: An agricultural and horticultural blight and pest control coposition comprising (A) a sorbitan ester of an 8W18C (un)saturated fatty acid or its ethylene oxide adduct (≤30 moles, preferably ≤10 moles), (b) a water-soluble high polymer at a weight ratio of (A) to (B) of 1:0.005W2, preferably 1:0.01W1. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose or alginate is preferably used as (B). Lauric or myristic acid may be cited as the fatty acid.
