CONSTITUTION: Signals on positions of an target drone 1, outputted from a radar antenna 2 and a position-determining device 3 are fed to a deviation- calculating unit 4. The deviation-calculating unit 4 obtains through a calculator 5 of positions of target drone signals on positions, which are outputted as coordinate data on the target drone. To enable calculating the coordinates in actual space of the planned course of flight inputted from a planned flight course- delineating device 8 and the coordinate data on the target drone on the same unit system, a range/coordinates corrector 6 carries out a matching process for correcting and unifying the range, coordinates, and unit system. A deviation calculator 7 receives the outputs from the range/coordinates corrector 6 and calculates the deviations in horizontal and vertical directions between the planned course of flight and the course of the target drone; the results are outputted on a display 9. Thus horizontal and vertical deviations between a target drone and the planned course of flight can be grasped quantitatively.
