The mutually adjoining angle parts on the center side of each wing 2 are connected through connecting cords 13 as well as the outer sides of plural wings 2 are connected through a cylindrical holding body 14. The holding body 14 is formed by disposing ring bodies 16 formed of plural sack bodies 15 connected in the ring form in plural stages.
