摘要	PURPOSE:To eliminate bubbles securely and to treat excavated earth and sand without causing pollution due to foaming agent and defoaming agent by discharging earth and sand after adding bubbles generated by the foaling agent to excavated earth and sand, then adding enzyme capable of separating the foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:Bubbles generated by liquid contg. a foaming agent is fed to a pressure zone 20 and a working face 28 from a bubble adder 40 of an excavating device 10 during excavation, thus, the working face 28 is excavated by a cutter head 24. The excavated earth and sand admixed with bubbles are discharged to an atmospheric pressure zone 22 from a pressure zone 20 by a discharging machine for earth and sand 30, which is transported backward by a belt conveyer 38. Liquid contg. enzyme serving as defoaming agent is scattered with a scattering maching of the defoaming agent 42 to the earth and sand. Thus, the foaming agent is decomposed and bubbles are eliminated. Suitable foaming agents are hydrolyzing protein, stearic acid type fatty acid, and suitable defoaming agents are protease, lipase.
