| 摘要 | The present invention provides a process for the formation of a coating comprising peroxynanoparticles of metals selected from the group consisting of: Ga, Ge, As, Se, In, Sn, Sb, Te, Tl, Pb and Bi on a solid substrate, comprising providing a basic solution containing at least a first metal selected from said group and hydrogen peroxide, and contacting said solution with a solid substrate having oxygen-containing chemically reactive groups on its surface. | ||||||
